**Job Description for IT and MIS Executive**

**Summary of the Role**:
As the IT and MIS Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of IT systems and MIS functions within the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include day-to-day IT troubleshooting, hardware and networking support, and leveraging your expertise in SAP and Power BI to enhance overall operational efficiency.

**Location**:Vapi, Gujarat

**Responsibilities**:
**IT Troubleshooting**:Provide day-to-day technical support for end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues promptly. Diagnose and resolve IT problems to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted business operations.

**Hardware and Networking**:Manage and maintain the organization's hardware infrastructure, including servers, computers, and peripherals. Ensure the stability and security of the network, implementing necessary upgrades and patches.

**SAP Integration**:Utilize your knowledge of SAP to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with relevant teams to integrate SAP modules and troubleshoot issues related to SAP implementation.

**MIS Functions**:Oversee the Management Information System (MIS) to ensure accurate and timely reporting of essential business metrics. Develop and maintain databases, ensuring data accuracy and security.

**Collaboration**:Collaborate with internal teams to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions. Work closely with external vendors for IT-related procurement and services.

**Documentation**:Maintain comprehensive documentation for IT processes, troubleshooting steps, and configurations.Keep records of hardware and software inventory.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

**Experience**:
Proven experience in IT roles with a focus on troubleshooting, hardware and networking support.

Familiarity with SAP implementation and Power BI utilization will be considered a strong advantage.

**Skills**:
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Knowledge of SAP and Power BI.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

**Salary Budget **35 to 40K

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
