We're Hiring – Operations & Team Manager

Location: Sector 8, Noida (On-site)

Type: Full-Time | Experience: 2–4 years

We're looking for someone who can ensure everything runs smoothly — operations, people, timelines, stocks, and communication across all brands.

Your Role Includes:
• Overseeing daily operations across teams and departments
• Managing timelines and ensuring work is completed on schedule

  • Coordinating between teams and ensuring smooth internal workflow
    • Speaking to clients over phone calls to confirm orders and resolve queries

  • Responding to emails, DMs, and managing client/customer relationships
    • Handling stock room management, stock levels & reordering

  • Supervising team workflow and delegating responsibilities

  • Maintaining professional relationships with vendors, teams, and clients

  • Ensuring smooth execution of production, dispatches, shoots & events

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Is organised, proactive, and solution-oriented

  • Has 2–4 years of experience in operations / team management / production / CRM

  • Can confidently speak to clients and handle communications professionally

  • Understands fashion / retail / D2C brand operations (bonus if experienced)

  • Has excellent communication, leadership and multitasking abilities

  • Can take ownership and manage a team efficiently
