Marketo and Dynamics 365 Developer

We are actively seeking a Marketo and Dynamics 365 Developer with mandatory hands-on experience in both Marketo marketing automation and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background to design, develop, and maintain integrated marketing campaigns and CRM workflows, driving demand generation and customer engagement in a B2B environment

Key Responsibilities : Marketo Campaign Development :


- Build, deploy, and optimize email campaigns, nurture programs, and landing pages using Marketo

- Manage campaign scheduling, audience segmentation, and conduct AB testing to enhance campaign effectiveness

- Ensure flawless execution through regular QA and troubleshooting, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards

Dynamics 365 D365 CRM Development and Integration :


- Customize and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM including workflows, plugins, and data integrations

- Integrate Marketo with Dynamics 365 to ensure seamless lead data synchronization and lifecycle management

- Conduct regular CRM data maintenance and user support to ensure data integrity and optimal system usage

Data Management and Reporting :


- Manage list imports, database hygiene, and lead scoring within both Marketo and Dynamics 365 platforms

- Monitor campaign and CRM performance metrics and prepare reports and dashboards for marketing and sales stakeholders

User Support and Documentation :


- Respond to support tickets related to Marketo and Dynamics 365 issues, troubleshooting and resolving promptly

- Maintain up-to-date system documentation and training guides

Cross-Team Collaboration :

- Collaborate with marketing, sales, IT, and compliance teams to align system functionalities with business needs and regulatory compliance

Mandatory Qualifications :

- Total exp : 4 + yrs

- Location : Hyderabad

- Minimum 2 years of proven hands-on experience working simultaneously with Marketo and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

- Deep understanding of marketing automation principles and CRM data architecture

- Experience with integrating Marketo and Dynamics 365 platforms and managing the data flow between them

- Strong knowledge of campaign execution, segmentation, AB testing, and lead management in Marketo

- Experience customizing and maintaining Dynamics 365 CRM workflows, plugins, and data hygiene

- Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements in marketing automation such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM

- Strong written and verbal communication skills capable of collaborating across multiple teams

- Experience supporting clients or organizations in regulated industries is highly desirable

Preferred Skills :

- Certifications in Marketo Marketo Certified Expert and or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or Developer
