About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven
App Marketing Manager
to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our mobile app marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention across iOS and Android platforms, while ensuring strong ROI from paid and organic marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end
app marketing strategies
to increase app downloads, activations, and long-term user retention. - Plan, manage, and optimize
paid acquisition campaigns
across platforms (Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.). - Oversee
App Store Optimization (ASO)
to maximize visibility, conversion, and organic downloads. - Collaborate with product, analytics, and design teams to optimize
in-app user journeys
and enhance conversion funnels. - Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Drive
engagement and retention strategies
, including push notifications, in-app messaging, email, and loyalty programs. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in mobile app growth and performance marketing.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and cost efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience in
digital/app marketing
with proven success in user acquisition and retention. - Strong knowledge of
mobile attribution platforms
(AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, etc.). - Proficiency in campaign management across
Google, Meta, platforms

ASO, mobile analytics, and app engagement strategies
. - Analytical mindset with strong skills in
data interpretation and performance optimization
. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
