Role & responsibilities

  • Design and develop integrated EaaS and CaaS solutions tailored to customer energy usage, infrastructure, and sustainability goals.
  • Conduct site assessments, energy audits, and feasibility studies to evaluate existing systems and identify improvement areas.
  • Collaborate with business development and pre-sales teams to prepare technical proposals, concept notes, and solution presentations.
  • Select appropriate technologies (solar, battery storage, energy efficiency, HVAC systems, etc.) for optimum performance and ROI.
  • Review the technical details, document, tender documents, and drawings for Solution along with estimation.
  • Perform load analysis, system sizing, and energy modelling using relevant tools and software.
  • Ensure solutions meet regulatory, safety, and technical standards and align with customer and company objectives.
  • Engage with vendors and OEMs to obtain technical inputs and support optimal solution design.
  • Support bid preparation by providing accurate BOQs, cost estimates, and technical justifications.
  • Track project implementation to ensure fidelity to proposed solutions and performance outcomes.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies in energy and cooling to enhance solution portfolios.

Preferred candidate profile :

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) coupled with a bachelors degree in engineering preferably Mechanical or Electrical
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in air-conditioning system design, major retrofit works' design involving chiller plant systems and/or energy audits of existing projects
  • Familiarity with deployment and integration of renewable energy sources (e.g., solar PV) and energy efficient technologies (e.g., energy storage systems) will have an added advantage
  • Proficient in using CAD/BIM software such as AutoCAD/Revit
  • Successful demonstration of at least 2-3 projects in HVAC, Energy Efficiency
  • Strong problem-solving skills, technical acumen, and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
