We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands how to drive engagement and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.).
  • Lead and manage paid social media campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, product, sales, customer service) to ensure brand consistency and support broader marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices; proactively apply insights to strategy.
  • Manage social media listening, community engagement, and reputation management efforts.
  • Mentor junior team members and oversee content calendars, approvals, and post scheduling.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in social media management
  • Deep knowledge of all major social media platforms .
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience with visual content creation and collaboration with creative teams.
