About the Role:

The Associate Process Specialist will be part of companies Services Division, focusing primarily on Energy Management processes with a strong emphasis on Utilities. The role involves managing and analyzing data related to energy consumption, cost optimization, and sustainability reporting for global clients in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track, review, and process utility invoices for both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely entry of utility data into company's systems.
  • Analyze energy consumption and cost patterns to support sustainability reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies in data or invoices.
  • Assist in generating and validating reports related to energy usage, efficiency, and cost control.
  • Maintain process documentation and adhere to company standards and compliance requirements.

  • Strong analytical and numerical ability.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic understanding of accounting concepts.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic environment.

Compensation:

  • Salary: 20,000 25,000 per month
