  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Finance and Operations modules
  • Configure and customize D365 F&O modules (Finance, SCM, Procurement, Inventory, etc.)
  • Facilitate client workshops, gap-fit analysis, and functional design documentation
  • Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure proper implementation of solutions
  • Participate in data migration, testing, and go-live support
  • Collaborate with clients based in the US, Europe, and the Middle East for project delivery
  • Required Skills & Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) or AX 2012
  • Strong understanding of Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and Supply Chain modules
  • Experience in full-cycle D365 F&O implementations
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to interact directly with clients and handle requirements independently
  • Microsoft certification in Dynamics 365 F&O (preferred but not mandatory)
