Job Description

Exp: 5 to 9 Years

· 5+ years of hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and/or Confluent Platform.

· Strong understanding of Kafka internals (brokers, partitions, offsets, replication, retention).

· Experience using and administering Conduktor Console or equivalent Kafka UIs.

· Proficient with Kafka Connect, Schema Registry, and Kafka REST Proxy.

· Solid scripting knowledge: Python, Bash, or Shell.

· Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or Splunk.

· Hands-on with container platforms: Docker and Kubernetes.

· Familiarity with cloud-native Kafka deployments (Confluent Cloud, AWS )

· Proficient in AWS platform/networking expertise

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — ability to explain Kafka behavior to dev teams or clients.

Good Communication / Debugging skill

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200, ₹1,600,000.00 per year
