What Youll Do

  • Lead and mentor a team of media buyers, ensuring strategic alignment and performance consistency.
  • Oversee strategy, execution, and scaling of Meta and Google ad campaigns across multiple clients.
  • Work cross-functionally with designers, copywriters, and account managers to align creative and funnel strategy.
  • Drive research and analysis into markets, competitors, and customer behavior to guide campaign direction.
  • Review and improve media buying systems, creative testing frameworks, and reporting structures.
  • Diagnose performance issues using metrics like CTR, CPC, CR, LTVnot just ROAS.
  • Own client performance: present insights, manage expectations, and develop action plans during scale or recovery.
