Job Description: Jashma InfoSoft Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and data-driven Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead and optimize our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing digital campaigns, driving traffic, generating leads, and improving brand visibility across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

● Plan, execute, and manage performance-driven digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, email, etc.)

● Develop strategies for SEO, SEM, and content marketing to drive organic and paid traffic

● Oversee and manage company's social media presence and engagement

● Analyze campaign data, prepare performance reports, and suggest actionable improvements

● Collaborate with internal teams for content, creatives, and landing page development

● Keep up to date with digital trends, tools, and best practices to ensure campaign effectiveness

● Supervise junior team members and provide mentorship where needed

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field

● 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing with proven campaign results

● Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and Google Analytics

● Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills

● Ability to think strategically and execute effectively under deadline

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
