Job Description – Executive Assistant (Offisync)
Position: Executive Assistant
Location: Banashankari, Bangalore
Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days/week from office)
Education: Any Degree
Experience: 1 Year (Freshers with internship experience can apply)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Mail Handling – Manage professional correspondence, draft emails, and ensure timely responses.
- Client Management – Coordinate with clients, handle queries, and maintain positive relationships.
- Customer Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong customer relations to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Technical Support – Provide basic troubleshooting assistance and coordinate with tech teams.
- Administrative Support – Handle day-to-day office administration tasks efficiently.
- HR Support – Assist in recruitment coordination, onboarding, and maintaining HR records.
- Data Entry & Management – Ensure accurate data recording, updating, and reporting.
- MS Office & Excel – Create reports, manage spreadsheets, and prepare presentations.
- Social Media Management – Assist in managing company's social media accounts and online presence.
Requirements
- Languages:
- Mandatory: English & Kannada
- Optional: Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam
- Assets: Personal Laptop
- Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
Compensation
- Internship: 3 months with stipend of ₹6,000/month
- Post Internship: ₹12,000 – ₹13,000/month
