About the Program

The CampusXcelerator Program by Leads & Feeds is a hands-on student incubation initiative designed to turn college ideas into real, fundable startups. The program takes students through every stage of the startup journey — from problem validation and prototype building to mentorship, funding access, and Demo Days.

Backed by industry mentors, investors, and structured interventions, CampusXcelerator aims to incubate 100+ student startups annually and build a strong culture of entrepreneurship on campus.

Role Summary

We're looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Student Startup Mentor to guide, support, and manage student founders through their startup journeys while ensuring smooth on-ground execution of incubation activities.

You'll play a dual role — mentor and operator — providing hands-on guidance to startups while coordinating events, tracking progress, and ensuring program success on campus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor student founders through every stage of their startup journey — from ideation to scaling.
  • Conduct one-on-one sessions and discussions to address startup challenges.
  • Track progress and maintain a live dashboard of all incubated startups.
  • Coordinate masterclasses, hackathons, and Demo Days with mentors and faculty.
  • Build and maintain relationships with students, mentors, investors, and faculty.
  • Ensure smooth execution of all program activities, reviews, and events.
  • Collect feedback from startups and mentors to improve program delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align operations, outreach, and impact metrics.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in startups, incubation programs, or entrepreneurial roles.
  • Strong organizational and mentoring skills.
  • Good understanding of startup building, from validation to scaling.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and events efficiently.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace or CRM platforms.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Passion for startups, innovation, and student entrepreneurship.
