Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Data Science Mentor at FACE Prep. The mentor will guide and coach students through their data science learning journey, delivering interactive workshops, personalized mentoring sessions, and technical training. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and curating data science content, assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring students develop job-ready skills. Mentors will collaborate with the FACE Prep team to build effective learning initiatives and maintain student engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Data Science concepts and tools, such as Python, R, SQL, and data analysis techniques
  • Experience with Machine Learning algorithms, predictive modeling, and deployment
  • Strong communication and teaching skills to mentor students effectively
  • Knowledge of Data Visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Problem-solving abilities and understanding of real-world business applications
  • Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous teaching, mentoring, or training experience is an advantage
  • Familiarity with the latest technological advancements in Data Science
