Expert in Log-analysis Good knowledge of Active directory. Experience of network-based User Behavior Analytics Experience in tools like SIEM Splunk, Archer Knowledge of Threat Intelligence Services advantageous
Good understanding of Network, Email Infrastructure and how it works Good understanding of Different Infrastructure Devices like DC, Proxy, Firewall, DHCP in Network
Good Understanding of Threat Vectors Good Knowledge of Security Incident Management Tools and workflow Good Knowledge of
Different Security Tools used for Internal and Perimeter Security Able to meet demands for occasional out-of-hours working and on-call escalation. Excellent English written and verbal skills. Detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills Experience of working in fast-paced, high pressure environments Responsibility of / Expectations from the RoleAct as an SME for handling any type of alerts generated from SIEM.
In-depth Analysis of alerts arising from Security Event and Information Management (SIEM) tools Provide forensics investigation results of the cases which reaches to L3 level. Forensics Investigation & Lab Setup Security incident & vulnerability management Prioritizing and end to end tracking remediation of the threat according to severity Provide input on tuning and optimization of security systems Follow ITIL practices regarding incident, problem and change management Safeguard corporate data and technology from known threats Staying up-to-date with emerging security threats including applicable regulatory security requirements Participate in evaluating IT security with respect to new IT Infrastructure systems. Communicate effectively with customers, teammates, and management Able to meet demands for occasional out-of-hours working and on-call escalation
