What You'll Do
• Record 500 short, scripted commands in Kannada and English.
• The task takes about 2.5 hours, including time to review the guidelines.
Requirements
• Native speaker of Kannada
• Fluent in English
• Currently living in India
• Age 18+
• A smartphone compatible with the Appen Mobile app
Payment Details
• Earn $20 upon completing 500 approved recordings.
• To qualify for payment, at least 90% of your recordings must pass the quality review. This is total of 450 recordings.
• Recordings that do not meet the 90% quality requirement are not eligible for payment.
How to Get Started (30–40 mins) 1. Apply to Project Moogerah 2. Review the project documents 3. Complete the demographic survey 4. Verify your identity 5. Onboard & start recording
Important Note
• This project works on a first-come, first-served basis, so applying early gives you the best chance to secure a spot.
• We want to keep participation balanced, so demographic quotas apply. If your group is already full, a task may not be assigned — but don't worry, you'll be invited to join other available Appen project opportunities.
