A senior bartender and mixologist is an experienced professional who not only serves drinks but also designs menus, manages bar operations, and trains other staff members. They possess advanced knowledge of ingredients and techniques to create high-quality, innovative cocktails, providing a memorable customer experience while ensuring smooth bar operations, excellent customer service, and adherence to health and safety standards. Key responsibilities

  • Drink creation and service:Develop unique and creative cocktail menus, ensure the consistent quality of all drinks, and prepare and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Staff supervision and training:Supervise and train junior bartenders and other bar staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
  • Bar management:Oversee bar inventory, monitor and control beverage costs, and ensure the bar is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Customer service:Provide excellent customer service, manage customer complaints effectively, and ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Operational oversight:Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service standards and collaborate with management and kitchen staff on overall operations.

Key skills and qualities

  • Advanced mixology skills:Deep knowledge of spirits, ingredients, and techniques for crafting innovative and high-quality drinks.
  • Leadership and training abilities:Ability to supervise, mentor, and train other staff members effectively.
  • Operational and financial acumen:Skills in managing inventory, controlling costs, and ensuring the efficient running of the bar.
  • Strong customer service skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional service and resolve issues.
  • Creativity and innovation:The ability to design and create new and exciting cocktail recipes to keep the menu fresh and engaging.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
