We’re looking for a passionate beverage professional to join The Happy High as a Sr. Bartender / Beverage Executive . This role goes beyond the bar—it’s about shaping the next generation of bartenders, driving innovation in mixology, and contributing to India’s growing beverage culture.In this role, you will:Conduct mixology and beverage training at our academy and client sitesCurate cocktail menus Contribute to engaging video contentManage event bartending and activationsSupport business development initiativesAs a start-up, we value flexibility—the right candidate will enjoy adapting to varied roles as per business needs. We’re seeking someone who values stability and long-term growth , and whose career path reflects commitment and consistency .This is the ideal opportunity for someone who loves the world of beverages but is ready to step away from daily bar operations in search of better work–life balance .What We’re Looking For Experience & BackgroundTotal experience: 3 to 5 yearsMinimum: 1 year of hands-on experience at top cocktail-forward barsThis is a Mumbai-based role, best suited for candidates who are already located in the city. Relocation support is not available at the moment.SkillsSpeed and efficiency behind the bar with comfort in modern bartending techniquesStrong communication skills with fluency in EnglishMS Office and general computer proficiencyWhat’s on Offer Remuneration: up to INR 4,80,000 per annum basis experiencePerformance-based incentives5-day work week for balance and flexibilityAbout The Happy High Founded in 2014, The Happy High is a Mumbai-based wine and spirits education & consulting company.
