seeking a passionate and creative UX Designer with over 4 years of experience to join our

growing design team in Bangalore. In this role, you'll work closely with product managers, developers,

and business stakeholders to craft seamless and user-centric digital experiences across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and translate them

into intuitive user interfaces.

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Advocate for design best practices and user-centered design principles.
  • Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Continuously iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing experience with responsive web and mobile design.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design, usability, and accessibility standards.
  • Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Prior experience in a startup or GCC environment.
