Job Summary:

The HR Operations Executive plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing various operational aspects within the Human Resources department. This position involves a contract labor management, labor laws compliance , process improvement, and employee support to ensure the smooth functioning of HR processes and procedures. The HR Operations Executive is responsible for maintaining accurate HR records, implementing policies, and supporting HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Labor Management & Compliance:

Overall contract labor management, labor laws and regulations compliance management. Periodicals compliance audits, gap findings, mitigation plan and implementation of defined actions.

Ensure HR policies compliance.

Employee Data Management:

Maintain and update employee records.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee data, including personal information, job details, and performance records.

Onboarding and Offboarding:

Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and introductions to company policies.

Manage offboarding process and documentation.

Employees Benefit administration:

Drive employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.

Addressing employee inquiries related to benefits and provide support during onboarding process.

HR Reporting:

General regular HR reports for management, providing insights on key HR metrics and trends.

Analyze data to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency.

Employee Relations:

Address employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

Assist in resolving employee concerns and conflicts.

Training and Development:

Coordinate training programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Collaborate with managers to identify training needs within the organization.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for streamlining HR processes and implement improvements.

Work with cross-functional teams to enhance overall HR efficiency.
