Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and motivated MBA Marketing Fresher to join our consultancy firm as a Business Development Executive (BDE).
This role offers a perfect mix of field visits and in-office responsibilities, ideal for someone eager to build a career in business development, client relationship management, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit potential clients to understand their needs and explain company services.
Assist in identifying new business opportunities and market segments.
Support lead generation and follow-up via calls, emails, and meetings.
Schedule and attend client meetings to present proposals and service offerings.
Maintain client data and sales activity logs.
Work with marketing & strategy teams to develop outreach campaigns.
Coordinate with senior team members to align business goals.
Support preparation of presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
Attend events, expos, and seminars to network and promote services.
Learn and implement sales strategies with guidance from mentors.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

MBA in Marketing (Freshers welcome)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel for field visits and client meetings
Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and client servicing
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Self-motivated with a passion to grow in a client-facing role
