We are looking for a qualified and proactive Electrical Project Engineer with  hands-on experience in executing projects related to electrical panels, heat tracing systems, and other industrial electrical products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle—from planning and coordination to execution and handover—ensuring technical and commercial alignment throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Analyze technical drawings and specifications to determine project scope and requirements.
  • Coordinate with EPC contractors, consultants, end-users, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee all project phases, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with documentation, design, and quality teams during project execution.
  • Participate in techno-commercial discussions and manage project variations/change orders.
  • Prepare, monitor, and update project execution and manufacturing schedules as per project milestones.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality standards, and contractual commitments.
  • Conduct site visits when required to monitor progress or resolve issues.
Requirements :
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project execution, particularly involving coordination with EPCs and industrial clients.
  • Practical experience in working with electrical panels, electrical heat tracing systems, and other industrial electrical equipment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD or equivalent CAD software.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
