Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations for the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, good communication, and the ability to handle IT support requests efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, networks, and IT systems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Troubleshoot system, application, and network issues (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
  • Respond to and resolve IT helpdesk tickets within defined timelines.
  • Assist employees with email configuration, operating systems, and application support.
  • Perform user account management (password reset, access control, etc.).
  • Ensure data security, backups, and virus protection are up to date.
  • Support IT infrastructure during upgrades, migrations, or new implementations.
  • Document technical issues and solutions for knowledge sharing.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software purchases and repairs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as IT Support Engineer / IT Helpdesk / Technical Support.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.
  • Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  • Familiarity with Office 365, Active Directory, and ITSM tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service orientation.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23, ₹44,096.00 per month
