What you become a part of:

We are seeking a SAP professional to prepare material master template for RM, PM, SFG and FG and upload in SAP.Co-ordinate with core team members for data collection in template.Create FG and SFG BOM in SAP system

What to expect:

  • Material master set up is required for new Products, existing material extension to multiple locations.
  • Creation of BOMs for SFG and FG for all Shalina Locations.
  • Updating of templates and circulation for data collection.
  • Creation of Inspection plan templates and uploading in SAP for RM,PM, SFG and FG.
  • To Create Finished Good Codes in SAP for New products as per requirement from Product Development team with required details based on SAT Form processed by Product Development Team.
  • To Create Raw Material Codes in SAP for any New Material as per the Project Requirements.
  • To Prepare New SFG and FG Bill of Materials in SAP for New products as per requirement from business development team based on MFR and MPR Approved in Educe system.
  • To provide general support as and when required to department.
  • Educe-SAP integration - Integration of BOM, RM Inspection Plan, FG Inspection Plan, Task Closure.
  • To communicate with R&D, ADL and PDD department for all SAP related activities and resolve the same in line with IT team.
  • To Create SFG and FG BOMs in SAP System for existing products as well as new products as per the CCF Requirements.
  • To extend the RM, PM, FG & SFG codes from one plant location to another plant location as per The requirement.
  • To Create RM, PM & FG Inspection Plan in SAP System for existing products as per the CCF Requirements.
  • To Close Task in Educe QMS Module as per the Task allotment.
  • To Create Template for creation of New FG Codes in SAP system and to route it to all CFTs.
  • To Create Template for creation of New RM Codes in SAP system and to route it to all CFTs.
  • To Create Template for creation of New MIC in SAP system and to route it to all CFTs.
  • To Coordinate with all Cross Functional Departments as a Core Team Member regarding queries or issues related to Master Data Maintenance in SAP System and resolve the same in line with IT Team and SAP Consultants.
  • To Maintain R&D Project tracker as per the schedule.
  • To maintain and follow organizations rules and regulation.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 2-5 years of experience in SAP
  • B. Sc/ B. Pharma Preferred.
  • Should have experience in handling SAP Ha-Na module- material master.
