Role & responsibilities

  • Handling Inbound and Outbound Logistics, Store & Warehouse Operations and Control.
  • Good experience of inventory handling & dispatch process
  • Mastery in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) required. Knowledge of FIFO, FEFO & LIFO process.
  • Prepare the dispatch plan as per customer schedule.
  • Plan v/s Actual monitoring.
  • Knowledge of stock Reconciliation & Stock audits with internal & external
  • Develop process improvements for inventory, manufacturing and production control systems
  • Should have knowledge of ISO9001:2015 & IATF16949:2016
  • Plan equipment, material and manpower requirements to meet production schedule
  • Maintaining the MIS - Packing Consumable sheets, LPA, Transportation of Sale/Purchase, Hazardous dispatch details, General Scrap, GRN, Material Discrepancy, Scrap Adjustments, Inventory Management (ITR), FG in Out, HIRA & AIA, KPI, JWC/RGP & Material Coverage MIS.
  • Non-Moving & Slow-moving Parts monitoring (Liquidation of Parts)
  • Scheduling and procurement of domestic parts and ensuring timely Material Availability
  • GRN in ERP with Reference of P.O
  • Creation of RGP/DC/FOC challans
  • Vehicle Arrangement for domestic, Hazardous and scrap dispatches
  • Monitoring and updating of Skill matrix
  • RGP Material follow ups and ensuring challan closer within 120 days.
  • Manpower handling and shift allocation
