Responsibilities

  • Lead generation: Make outbound calls to introduce property listings to potential buyers and renters.
  • Information provider: Provide detailed information on available properties, including prices, amenities, and locations.
  • Appointment setting: Schedule property viewings and meetings for potential clients with sales representatives or agents.
  • CRM management: Maintain and update customer records and interaction history in a CRM system.
  • Follow-up: Follow up with leads and unresponsive prospects to gauge interest and move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Sales support: Support the sales team by identifying and qualifying leads and collaborating to achieve sales targets.
  • Market awareness: Maintain a thorough understanding of current property listings and market trends.

Skills and qualifications

  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and listening skills are essential to build rapport and engage customers.
  • Sales ability: A strong ability to generate sales and handle customer objections is crucial.
