Employee Central core modules such as Position Management, Organizational Management, User Profiles, and global benefits.

Workflow & Business Rules

technical knowledge on the module, including data migration, system configurations, and integrations with other HR modules.

understanding client business needs, providing technical expertise.

configuring system settings like workflows and business rules, supporting data migration

troubleshooting issues with Successfactor and any interface related issues

Knowledge in interface with Successfactor.

Knowledge about HR and payroll regulations practices.

Ability to handle any change requests /roll out as per client business requirement.

Flexible to work from offshore location as per client working calendar.

Good collaboration with ingration areas with SF module.

Good communicaiton with internal team and customer is required.
