Job Summary

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with proven expertise in CMDB management and core ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and Service Portal). The candidate will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, integrations, and workflows while ensuring system integrity, scalability, and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with ServiceNow administrators, developers, and architects to deliver platform enhancements and new modules.
  • Design and implement workflows, flow designers, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions.
  • Perform integrations with internal/external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and other web technologies.
  • Develop and enhance Service Portal pages using Bootstrap, AngularJS, and custom widgets.
  • Support and maintain CMDB health and data accuracy by implementing best practices and audits.
  • Extend the ServiceNow platform by creating custom tables, applications, and modules.
  • Support platform upgrades, testing, and release management between environments.
  • Develop, document, and implement process automation using the Workflow Editor and Flow Designer.
  • Troubleshoot post-deployment issues and implement necessary fixes or optimizations.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform development and JavaScript scripting.
  • Hands-on experience in ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CMDB modules.
  • Strong understanding of Service Portal and Integration Hub.
  • Expertise in REST/SOAP, HTML, AJAX, CSS, and AngularJS.
  • Experience in ATF (Automated Testing Framework), platform upgrades, and release processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a global team environment.
