The Role

We are seeking a data-driven Marketing Specialist (Remote)
to own paid media campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads. You will generate high-quality leads for social impact programs, optimize spend for maximum ROI, and deliver measurable growth in awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Facebook/Instagram Ads campaigns
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing for performance uplift
  • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs (CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS) using Google Analytics & platform dashboards
  • Collaborate with content & design teams to create compelling ad creatives
  • Manage monthly budgets and ensure compliance with platform policies

Requirements

  • 2+ years hands-on experience running Google Ads & Facebook Ads (certifications preferred)
  • Proven track record of lead generation or e-commerce ROI in social impact/NGO vertical
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, UTM tracking, pixel implementation
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable with Excel/Sheets for reporting
  • Excellent communication; able to simplify insights for non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
