Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Specialist. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research to identify trends, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and driving customer engagement. The role also includes managing customer communications and ensuring exceptional customer service, while collaborating with other team members to enhance the library's reach and visibility.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to engage and support clients effectively
  • Experience in Market Research and identifying emerging trends in the industry
  • Ability to develop and execute successful Marketing Strategies
  • Background in Sales and understanding of driving conversions
  • Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms is desirable
