Job Title: Senior Sales Executive (State Head, Medical Equipment Division)

Location: Andhra Pradesh (Base: Vijayawada or Hyderabad)

Experience: 5+ Years

Compensation: 3 to 5 LPA

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive (State Head) to lead sales operations across Andhra Pradesh. The role involves managing the entire states business for Critical Care and Radiology/Imaging equipment, driving growth, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales and business development across Andhra Pradesh for Ventilators, Anesthesia Machines, Ultrasound, and X-ray systems.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare groups, and key opinion leaders.
  • Develop and implement territory-wide sales strategies and achieve growth targets.
  • Manage and guide junior sales executives in different regions (Hyderabad and Vijayawada).
  • Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and product positioning activities.
  • Collaborate with service and marketing teams for client support and brand visibility.
  • Provide management with regular business reports and strategic insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in medical device sales, ideally in critical care and imaging segments.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and business planning skills.
  • Established relationships with major hospitals and medical distributors in Andhra Pradesh.
  • Ability to travel extensively across the state
