Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Quality Engineer with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Robot Framework and Python and will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role does not require travel. Experience in program management is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies to ensure the highest quality of software products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues effectively.
  • Utilize Robot Framework and Python to automate testing processes and improve efficiency.
  • Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in quality assurance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing methodologies and tools.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers to foster a culture of quality and excellence.
  • Coordinate with development teams to integrate testing into the software development lifecycle.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address defects promptly.
  • Monitor and track quality metrics to assess the effectiveness of testing efforts.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to resolve complex quality challenges.
  • Engage in program management activities to align quality objectives with project goals.
  • Contribute to the companys mission by ensuring the delivery of reliable and high-quality software solutions.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in Robot Framework and Python for automated testing.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Show experience in program management is advantageous.
  • Display a proactive approach to identifying and addressing quality issues.
  • Have a proven track record of successful quality assurance in software projects.
