Role Overview

We are looking for a
dynamic and customer-focused Salesperson
to join our Coitonic offline store team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fitness & fashion, deliver excellent customer service, and contribute to achieving store sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers with product selection and styling advice.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Coitonic's gymwear and activewear collections.
  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
  • Handle billing, transactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Ensure store cleanliness, merchandising, and visual appeal at all times.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Support stock management, replenishment, and inventory reporting.
  • Work closely with the store manager to achieve overall business growth.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    1–3 years in retail sales (fashion/apparel/sportswear preferred).
  • Education:
    Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and customer-oriented.
  • Comfortable with POS systems and basic inventory handling.
  • Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak business hours.

Working Hours


10:00 AM to 9:00 PM
(Full-day shift)

Salary & Benefits

    ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month + performance-based incentives.
