- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry items based on their preferences and needs.
- Provide in-depth knowledge of various jewelry pieces, including gemstones, metals, and designs.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and build strong, lasting relationships with clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
- Ensure the showroom is well-organized, attractive, and products are properly displayed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally and efficiently.
- Stay updated on current jewelry trends and product knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.
- Knowledge of jewelry materials, designs, and trends is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
