Job Title: SAP Test Engineer

Experience: 2-4 Years

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced SAP Test Engineer (Manual) with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP testing within the FICO, SCM, or Retail domains. You will be responsible for conducting manual tests to ensure the quality and functionality of SAP applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform end-to-end manual testing of SAP applications within FICO, SCM, or Retail domains.
  • Develop and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test plans based on business and functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure complete test coverage.
  • Identify, report, and track defects using appropriate defect management tools.
  • Participate in requirement reviews, test planning sessions, and defect triage meetings.
  • Provide support during user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure timely defect resolution.
  • Document test results and provide clear and detailed reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices in testing.

Required Skills:

  • 2-4 years of experience in SAP Manual Testing.
  • Strong domain knowledge in FICO, SCM, or Retail.
  • Experience in writing and executing manual test cases and test scripts.
  • Proficiency in defect management tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and defect management process.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to test automation tools is a plus.
  • Experience with SAP modules and integration testing.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation.
  • ISTQB certification or equivalent is preferred.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
