Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Chess Instructor and is an on-site role located in Bengaluru. The Chess Instructor will be responsible for teaching and training individuals or groups at various skill levels. Key duties include planning lessons, organizing practice games to enhance strategy understanding, providing constructive feedback, and fostering an engaging learning environment. The role also involves adapting teaching methods to suit the needs of diverse learners and promoting a passion for chess.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Chess with a strong understanding of strategies and gameplay
  • Mathematical aptitude to support analytical and strategic thinking
  • Experience in Teaching, Tutoring, or Training individuals or groups
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience and the ability to inspire and motivate students
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
  • Certifications related to chess or teaching are advantageous
