**Job Overview**:We are seeking a full-time Chess Trainer who will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized training programs for our students. The Chess Trainer will work closely with our students to identify their strengths and weaknesses, design training plans that address their specific needs, and provide ongoing support and feedback.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct initial assessments of new students to determine their level of chess knowledge and skill
- Design and implement personalized training programs for each student, including lesson plans, exercises, and practice games
- Conduct one-on-one training sessions with students to provide instruction, feedback, and support
- Monitor student progress and adjust training plans as needed
- Collaborate with other trainers and instructors to develop new training materials and strategies
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to improve teaching skills and techniques
- Provide excellent customer service to students and their families

**Requirements**:

- Expert knowledge of chess rules, strategy, and tactics
- Proven experience as a chess coach or trainer, **FIDE rated is a plus**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with students of all ages and skill levels
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple students and tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

**Salary**: ₹190,000.00 - ₹340,000.00 per year
