Job Overview: The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and the ability to create compelling content that connects with homebuyers and investors. You will be responsible for writing content that enhances our online presence, supports marketing campaigns, and strengthens brand visibility across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write and edit engaging content for websites, magazine, videos, blogs, project descriptions, social media posts, and promotional campaigns.
  • Develop SEO-friendly copy to improve online visibility and search rankings.
  • Create content related to property listings, real estate trends, lifestyle articles, and investment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to produce impactful content aligned with brand messaging.
  • Research industry trends, competitors, and keywords to ensure relevant and updated content.
  • Proofread and maintain consistency in tone, grammar, and formatting across all communication.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in content writing (preferably in real estate or digital marketing).
  • Excellent command of English with strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Sound understanding of SEO, keyword usage, and online content trends.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Delhi's property market is an added advantage.
