Job Role/Title : Andriod Developer

Experience : 2 to 4 yrs

Location : Chennai

Salary Range : 12 15 LPA(Hide the salary)

Core Technical Expertise :

- Android SDK & Kotlin Development : Proven experience in developing Android applications using Kotlin and the Android SDK, with at least one published app on the Google Play Store. Strong understanding of Android architecture components, UI/UX best practices, and material design principles.

- Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) & Architecture Patterns : Solid grasp of object-oriented programming concepts and hands-on experience in implementing architectural patterns such as MVC (Model-View-Controller), MVP (Model-View-Presenter), and MVVM (Model-View-ViewModel) to build scalable, maintainable applications.

- API Integration & Data Handling : Expertise in consuming RESTful APIs and working with JSON for data interchange. Proficient in integrating third-party libraries and SDKs to enhance app functionality and performance.

- Maps & Location-Based Services : Experience in integrating Google Maps APIs for navigation and geolocation features. Additional knowledge of HERE Maps or MapmyIndia SDK integration will be considered an added advantage.

- Google APIs & Firebase Services : Proficient in integrating Google APIs and Firebase services such as Crashlytics, Analytics, Remote Config, App Distribution, and Cloud Messaging to improve app reliability, performance tracking, and user engagement.

- Mobile Technologies & Trends : In-depth understanding of mobile platforms, Android OS versions, screen resolutions, and performance optimization. Awareness of emerging mobile technologies, including Jetpack Compose, Wear OS, and Android Auto.

- Cross-Platform Experience (Preferred) : Hands-on exposure to cross-platform frameworks like Flutter, React Native, or Kotlin Multiplatform is desirable, enabling flexibility in delivering multi-platform mobile solutions.

- Advanced Domains (Added Advantage) : Experience or exposure in Automotive Infotainment, NoSQL Databases (such as Firebase Realtime DB or MongoDB), Android Graphics APIs, and ARCore for augmented reality applications will be highly valued.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

- Agile & Scrum Methodologies : Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum or Kanban. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- CI/CD & DevOps Practices : Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions for automated build, testing, and deployment workflows.

- Testing & Quality Assurance : Knowledge of unit testing frameworks like JUnit, Espresso, or Mockito to ensure application reliability, stability, and adherence to best coding practices.

- Play Store Deployment & Compliance : Awareness of Google Play Store guidelines, app signing, and submission process, including beta testing, app versioning, and release management.

- Soft Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and a passion for continuous learning in mobile technologies.
