Role : IOS DeveloperExperience : 2 - 3 yrsLocation : ChennaiKey Responsibilities :1. Design, develop, and maintain advanced applications for the iOS platform. 2. Contribute to the development of cross-platform apps using React Native or Flutter when required. 3. Integrate and customise Maps SDKs (Google Maps, Mappls, HERE) for location-based features. 4. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. 5. Work with APIs, third-party libraries, and RESTful web services. 6. Identify and fix bugs, and continuously improve app performance. 7. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices. 8. Stay updated with the latest iOS frameworks, tools, and trends. Required Skills & Qualifications : 1. Proficiency in Swift and a good understanding of Objective-C is a plus. 2. Strong knowledge of UIKit, SwiftUI, Core Animation, Core Bluetooth and other iOS frameworks. 3. Experience with Xcode, Instruments, and Git. 4.Understanding of MVVM / MVC / VIPER or similar architectural patterns. 5. Familiarity with unit testing and UI testing in Xcode. 6. Experience integrating REST APIs, JSON, and third-party SDKs. - Exposure to App Store submission process and release management. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, backend engineers) to define, design, and ship new features. Nice to Have : - Experience with SwiftUI and Combine. - Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Fastlane, Jenkins, GitHub Actions). - Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). (ref:hirist.tech)
