What you'll do:

  • Guide students and parents on courses, career options, and admission processes
  • Handle student enquiries via walk-ins, calls, emails, and online platforms
  • Maintain student records and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Assist students with applications and required documentation
  • Work towards assigned enrollment goals
  • Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth student experience
