Role & responsibilities

  1. Quality performance review and make plan to achieve customer targets.

  2. Support and work along with cross functional team towards disciplined problem solving approach for build issues.

  3. Corrective & Preventive actions against the Customer line complaints & warranty complaints

  4. PPAP documents verification and approval from customer.

  5. 8D Report, Monitor the corrective action of customer complaints.

  6. Alarm escalation is to be raised as per the Alarm & escalation matrix

  7. Ability to handled customer end quality issues and resolved issues with good relation.

  8. Single customer coordinator for development & regular quality

  9. Customer ECN track and implementation within agreed targets

  10. Quality issues resolution & manage by portal

  11. Customer audits and closer

Customer Quality Manager : The role holder is responsible for managing customer quality requirements, resolving complaints, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Reporting to the Customer Quality in-charge, the role focuses on complaint handling, warranty cost reduction, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The position collaborates with internal teams, regional teams, suppliers, and customers to enhance product reliability, performance, and customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure defect-free production and resolve quality deviations during manufacturing.

  2. Work with suppliers to enhance incoming material quality.

  3. Provide root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for field complaints.

  4. Address complaints promptly and deliver high-quality products to improve satisfaction.

  5. Conduct audits, ensure compliance, and improve supplier quality performance.

  6. Maintain compliance with ISO and other legal and quality standards.

  7. Implement complaint tracking systems and resolve issues promptly.

  8. Identify vulnerable units in field and initiate field campaigns.

  9. Analyze root causes and implement corrective actions to reduce claims.

  10. Conduct audits and corrective measures to improve incoming material quality.

  11. Ensure alignment with ISO and customer specific standards.

  12. Generate performance reports, analyze trends, and maintain compliance records.

  13. Train and mentor teams to enhance skills and quality focus.

  14. Develop and operate systems to monitor and resolve customer complaints.

  15. Identify defects, execute corrective/preventive actions, and verify results.

  16. Conduct supplier audits and implement quality improvement programs.

  17. Identify and execute plans for quality enhancement and operational efficiency.

  18. Provide reports on performance metrics and improvement trends.

  19. Maintain records for audits and regulatory compliance readiness.

Supplier Quality Manager :

The role holder is responsible for supporting the development and qualification of suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards. The the role focuses on executing supplier audits, implementing corrective actions, improving supplier processes, and ensuring defect-free incoming materials. This role ensures consistent supplier performance through structured evaluation, inspection, and process improvements.

Identifying cause and effect for quality issues, streamlining supplier production process, providing inputs and closely working with Suppliers to meet quality standards is critical to the role holder.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with stake holders including Production, Quality, Materials to prepare list of recurring quality issues, critical customer complaints related to supplier quality in defined formats

  2. Ensure defect-free incoming materials for seamless production.

  3. Provide technical support, assess quality performance, and drive corrective actions.

  4. Maintain compliance with legal and quality standards in supplier processes.

  5. Conduct audits to validate supplier quality processes.

  6. Responsible to collate supplier quality issues in coordination with inward, line and customer quality

  7. Ensure supplier adherence to ISO and regulatory standards.

  8. Prepare and execute action plan for assigned supplier development and improvement projects

  9. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions

  10. Maintain records of Customers and supplier performance.

  11. Assist suppliers in improving processes to meet quality standards.

  12. Ensure defect-free materials.
