In the competitive world of real estate, effective lead validation is crucial for success. A Real Estate Lead Verification Specialist plays a pivotal role in identifying and nurturing potential clients. The purpose of this position is to rapidly respond to incoming leads and generate closing opportunities for our Real Estate Sales Team. During the conversation on call with client, this position is expected to do gather the basic requirement.

Positions: Lead Verification Executive

Job Location: Noida Sec-90, Zirakpur (Punjab), Khatu Shyam Ji (Rajasthan)

Package: - Salary (Negotiable) + Variable Pay + Performance Pay + Incentives + Reimbursement + Insurance + PF + Gratuity

Job Responsibilities

  • Welcoming customers, taking calls, and following up with them, answer incoming calls to speak with potential Client.
  • Build rapport and gain trust with Client.
  • Gather relevant information needed to analyze a client requirement.
  • Return any missed calls as promptly as possible, same objective as live answer.
  • Rapidly respond to online lead sources
  • Log / Update all notes about conversation within the CRM.
  • Coordinate and communicate with the sales team for leads that may be urgent or requiring quick action.
  • Continual follow-up with lead opportunities
  • Ongoing follow-ups to previous leads that did not sell their property to us.
  • Post sales, KYC and booking details need to check with customer.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement in validation activities
  • Implement best practices and lessons learned from previous validations

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail or must be detail-oriented, strong organizational skills, highly organized, and committed to providing excellent customer service

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
