**Job Summary**:
The **Verification Executive** will be responsible for verifying **student documents, admission details, and payment records** to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. This role plays a key part in maintaining the **credibility and smooth functioning of the admission process**. It requires strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work with confidential information in a fast-paced **EdTech environment**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Verify **student documents**, payment proofs, and admission forms submitted through online and offline modes.
- Cross-check data shared by students, parents, or counselors with the system records to ensure **accuracy and validity**.
- Coordinate with **counselors, sales teams, and students** to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
- Maintain and update verification trackers on **Excel/Google Sheets** for proper documentation.
- Ensure **timely completion** of verification tasks to support smooth admissions and onboarding.
- Prepare **daily and weekly reports** on verification status and share them with the team lead.
- Handle sensitive information with **confidentiality and compliance**.
- Assist in periodic **audits and quality checks** to improve processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹32,310.16 per month
