We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of
Credit Risk Generalist – Credit Analysis unit
In This Role, You Will

• Monitor department's performance, identifying areas of improvement and implementing necessary changes in accordance with strategic goals.
• Collect, organize, and analyse data as needed. Prepare reports and presentations based on data and requirements.
• Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of systems and processes. This includes managing process documentation, monthly billing, and headcount migrations.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform system upgrades, and ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders within HSBC to ensure alignment of departmental goals with the overall company objectives.
• Understand business processes, workflow management, and process optimization techniques. This includes knowledge of how to streamline processes, eliminate waste, and improve efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management, department heads across the organization.
• Identify, analyze, and solve problems in a timely and effective manner.
• Familiarity with IT systems and software used in business, such as Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and CRM systems. Understand how technology can be used to improve business processes.

To Be Successful You Will

• Bachelors in any discipline.
• 5 – 8 years of total experience with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• This is an IC role. The role holder is expected to contribute to and develop the Business Management functional capability.
• To be successful in this role, Qliksense development, managing SharePoint, SQL queries and VBA knowledge would be essential.
• Knowledge of building Power BI dashboards, Alteryx tool will be an added advantage.
• Understanding of financial principles and concepts, including budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Responsible for delivering a consistent governance framework, applying best practice across the organization, covering all aspects of headcount management and reporting, communication, strategy execution support, people engagement, learning and development, project support.
• Understanding of risk management principles and practices. This includes the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact the business
• Implement the Group Compliance Policy as applicable to the role in conjunction with the relevant Compliance Department.
