What You'll Do:

  • Speak directly with international customers via inbound/outbound calls.
  • Provide clear, professional support on products, services, and account-related queries.
  • Resolve customer issues with patience, empathy, and accuracy.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and follow standard operating procedures.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets including quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

Who You Are:

  • Excellent English communication skills (neutral or international accent preferred).
  • Confident, proactive, and customer-focused.
  • Able to work night shifts and manage high-pressure situations calmly.
  • Quick learner with basic computer and CRM knowledge.
  • Previous BPO or call center experience is a plusbut freshers are welcome too
