We glad to inform you all that we have vacancy for Lead - Sustainability & Safety to look after our Manufacturing units located around Kakinada.

Experience - 12yrs to 17 years.

Education - Relevant

Preference - Working experience as Lead - Safety & Sustainability in any manufacturing industry.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  1. Lead the development and implementation of EHS policies and sustainability

strategies.

  1. Ensuring full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

  2. Lead and align Operations inline with compliance of Social Audits such as SMETA, SA800 etc.

Act as Management Representative (MR) pertaining to these audits and ensure compliance.

  1. Conducted regular environmental audits and risk assessments to identify

potential hazards and regulatory gaps, minimizing incidents and ensuring risk

mitigation plans are in place.

  1. Developed and facilitated training programs on EHS policies, including safe work

practices, emergency response, waste management, and sustainability initiatives

for all staff members.

  1. Managed EHS budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and promoting resource

efficiency through innovative waste diversion programs.

6.Worked closely with senior management to integrate sustainability goals into

business operations, aligning environmental, social, and economic objectives.

  1. Supported implementing sustainability initiatives by conducting baseline

assessments, energy audits, and resource efficiency studies.

  1. Lead Sustainability & Safety Teams of 3 manufacturing units.

  2. Establish procedures such as various work permits, including Hot Work, Height work,

Confined Space, Electrical Work , and Excavation Permits, ensuring compliance

with safety standards and regulations.
