Job Title: Executive – EHS
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Executive – EHS (4–6 years) with strong knowledge of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) practices in the heavy manufacturing industry. The role involves ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, driving workplace safety programs, and leading emergency preparedness initiatives.
Experience: 4–6 years in EHS/safety management (manufacturing industry preferred).
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit KSPCB returns and maintain compliance records.
- Manage biomedical waste, EPR compliance, STP/ETP operations.
- Conduct HIRA, JSA, safety training, and awareness programs.
- Oversee fire safety systems and coordinate mock drills.
- Organize employee medical examinations.
- Investigate accidents, identify root causes, and report to management.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, IMS standards, and safety systems.
- Proficiency in HIRA, JSA, and accident root cause analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental/Safety/Industrial Engineering.
- PG Diploma in Industrial Safety (mandatory).
- Good communication, problem-solving, and MS Office skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400, ₹700,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
