Role Description

The Account Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and developing new business opportunities. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, crafting personalized sales pitches, preparing proposals, and closing deals. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent service and using CRM tools to track sales activities and customer interactions. An ideal candidate will build strong client partnerships while achieving revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • Sales and business development experience, including identifying prospects, creating sales pitches, and closing deals
  • Proficiency in relationship management and maintaining long-term client connections
  • Comfortable using CRM software and other sales-related tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members across departments
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Experience in the restaurant or technology industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
