Job Description: SAP FICO Consultant

In a large and rapidly growing organization like ours, SAP ERP is one of the core integrated applications supporting business operations. Along with SAP, we also utilize other key systems such as Hyperion (Business Consolidation) and PF Applications, which interface with SAP to fulfill various business requirements. We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant, and experience with Hyperion will be an added advantage.

REPORTING STRUCTURE
  • Reports to: General Manager - SAP Support & Special Projects
QUALIFICATION
  • Graduate in Commerce or Finance
  • MBA in Finance preferred
  • Optional: Intermediate C.A. / Intermediate C.M.A.
EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum 3-4 years of end-to-end SAP FICO implementation experience
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
  • Strong domain knowledge in Finance, Costing, GST, TDS & TCS
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP FICO (ECC & S/4HANA)
  • Experience in multiple end-to-end SAP FICO implementations

  • Good understanding of project management including:

  • Coordination & communication

  • Organizing, planning, and scheduling
  • Documentation and process monitoring
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Understanding of SAP Best Practices
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing cost-effective systems and procedures aligned with business needs
  • Plan and implement SAP FICO solutions based on end-user requirements
  • Manage vendor resources for day-to-day backend SAP support and project execution
  • Prepare and deliver SAP FICO end-user training materials
  • Provide SAP support and enhancements within the FICO module
  • Document SAP processes, configurations, and systems
  • Plan and perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing
  • Create functional specifications based on business requirements
  • Lead design, configuration, and integration of FICO with other SAP modules
